Rules And Agreement
User Agreement and Store Rules
Attention! By making a purchase in our store, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all of the following rules and conditions. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility. If you do not agree with any clause, please refrain from making a purchase.
Part 1. General Provisions and Store Warranties
1.1. Subject of the Agreement. The Store sells digital goods in the form of social media accounts (hereinafter — the “Product”) for use in personal and commercial purposes, provided that the legislation of the country to which the respective social network and/or account belongs, as well as the rules of use established by the given social network, are observed.
1.2. Origin of Accounts. All offered accounts are created automatically using software tools and are not connected to real users. The Store does not sell hacked, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained accounts. The data contained in the accounts (including images) is automatically generated and does not contain real personal information.
1.3. Uniqueness of Sale. The Store sells each account to a single buyer only. Resale of the same account by the Store is excluded.
1.4. Responsibility After Purchase. From the moment the buyer receives access data to the account, all responsibility for its use, safekeeping, and the consequences of actions performed with the account lies with the buyer.
1.5. Limitation of Consultations. The Store does not provide consultations, training, or instructions on working with accounts.
1.6. Technical Support. Support responds to inquiries within 24 hours during business hours.
Part 2. Warranty Period and Product Verification Conditions
2.1. Warranty Period. The warranty for verifying the validity of the Product is 24 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, claims are not accepted, and no replacement or refund is made.
2.2. Scope of Warranty. The warranty applies exclusively to the correctness of the login and password for the first login to the account. Account validity is confirmed prior to login by checking the availability of the profile through its unique identifier (ID) or link (for example, https://www.facebook.com/ACCOUNT_ID
). If the profile opens at the specified link, the account is considered valid.
2.3. The warranty does not cover:
— any blocks, checkpoints (selfie, phone number, email), and restrictions arising after logging into the account;
— “Risk Payment” block occurring when linking payment methods or launching ad campaigns (since it depends on proxies, payment methods, and the buyer’s actions);
— advertising ban (AB) arising after purchase;
— reduction or discrepancy of the advertising limit (except in cases where the warranty on the limit is specified separately in the product description);
— issues with creating/connecting Fan Page (FP), Business Manager (BM);
— invalidity of email, token, or cookies included in the package if they are not the main product.
2.4. Warranty Annulment. Any actions by the buyer with the account, including logging in, attempting to change the password, linking contact details or payment methods, launching advertising campaigns, authorizing through third-party services, are considered confirmation of acceptance of the Product in proper quality and entail termination of warranty obligations.
Part 3. Rules for Using Accounts (Mandatory)
3.1. Proxy and IP Address.
— Working with accounts requires the use of high-quality private mobile or residential IPv4 proxies. The geographical location of the proxy must strictly correspond to the geography specified in the account description.
— The use of home IP addresses, public proxies, shared proxies, package proxies, IPv6 proxies, VPN services, as well as VDS/VPS servers is not allowed. Violation of this condition is grounds for refusal of Product replacement.
3.2. Device and Browser.
— Each account must be used with a separate browser profile.
— Using one device or one browser profile to log into multiple accounts is not allowed and is grounds for refusal of Product replacement.
3.3. Working Procedure.
— It is recommended to purchase only as many accounts as the buyer is able to verify and start using within the established warranty period. Purchasing accounts “for later use” is at the buyer’s risk.
— Account authorization must be performed sequentially (one at a time). If an invalid account is discovered, testing must be stopped, and support contacted.
3.4. Account Security. After the first successful login to the account, the buyer is obliged to ensure its security, including: changing the account password and linked email password, linking their own recovery data, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). The Store is not responsible for theft or loss of access to the account after its transfer to the buyer.
Part 4. Replacement and Refund Policy
4.1. Refunds. Refunds for purchased Products are not provided. By purchasing the Product, the buyer confirms that they receive access to a digital product (service), which, due to its nature, is non-refundable.
4.2. Product Replacement. Replacement is possible only if the account is invalid (incorrect login and/or password) during the initial verification within the established warranty period, and the buyer has not taken any actions with the account. Replacement is made with a Product of similar characteristics.
4.3. Grounds for Refusal of Replacement. Product replacement is not provided in the following cases:
— expiration of the warranty period (24 hours from the moment of data transfer);
— fact of buyer login to the account or other actions with it;
— violation of usage rules established in Part 3 of this Agreement;
— lack of sufficient evidence of account invalidity;
— purchase of an account by mistake or mismatch of the Product with the buyer’s goals/expectations;
— support request is incomplete, incorrect, or lacks the required data.
4.4. Replacement Request Procedure. To obtain a replacement, you must contact support and provide:
— order number and email address used at purchase;
— complete list of invalid accounts in the same format in which they were provided;
— reason for request (e.g., “incorrect login/password”);
— supporting materials: screenshot of verification by ID showing profile block or video recording of the process from the moment of Product receipt to verification.
Part 5. Disclaimer
5.1. All actions performed using purchased accounts are carried out under the buyer’s full legal and personal responsibility.
5.2. It is strictly prohibited to use purchased accounts for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: fraud, extortion, carding, use of third-party payment methods, distribution of malware, spamming, bypassing security systems, unlawful advertising or promotion of prohibited goods and services, distribution of prohibited content (including extremism, drugs, pornography, etc.).
5.3. In case of unlawful use of the Product, the Store has the right to:
— annul the warranty and deny support;
— block the buyer without refund;
— upon request or upon detection of violations, transfer information about the account and the user to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
5.4. The Store is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or other consequences that may arise for the buyer in the process of using accounts.
5.5. The Store reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules without prior notice to buyers. The current version of the rules is always posted on the Store’s website and applies from the moment of publication.
5.6. The Store has the right to refuse service to a buyer who violates the terms of this Agreement or demonstrates inappropriate/disrespectful behavior towards support staff.
5.7. Meta Platforms Inc. (the owner of Facebook and Instagram) is recognized as an extremist organization and is banned in the Russian Federation.
