1. You have 24 hours to validate accounts. After this time period expires, refunds/replacements will be denied.
2. Support has 24 hours to respond.
3. The sold valid accounts can not be replaced.
4. Refund or replacement guarantee applies only to the account (login/password pair). Invalid mail/token included with the account is not a reason for replacement.
5. Authorize accounts in the browser using a proxy geo which coincides with the geo of the account. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the replacement.
6. In case of authorization of accounts through any third-party services other than official Meta sites and applications, we have the right to refuse in replacement.
7. When using third-party services (dolphin, fbtool and others), authorize accounts not in bulk, but one by one, one after another. If you find invalid, check the remaining accounts by id and contact support.
8. Blocked email or lack thereof is not a reason to replace the account.
9. Locking an account due to any of your actions after logging into the account is not grounds for replacement. An account will not be replaced once ads are running.
10. The store does not sell hacked/stolen accounts of third parties.
11. Shop does not sell accounts that contain personal data including photos and videos. All data in the accounts are randomly generated, including images.
12. The store does not consult or teach how to work with accounts.
